I graduated with my second bachelor's degree, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a week later turned 61 years old.

 

I work night shift in an emergency room, ride horses and motorcycles, drive a 6-speed manual hot hatch, gave birth naturally, homeschooled my kid, cold plunge and intermittent fast, performed stand-up comedy professionally, and have been married for three decades, all because I like doing difficult things (just kidding about that last item). I believe through making myself uncomfortable, I minimize the number of things that cause me discomfort.
